While
online, especially on Yahoo, I
get a moderate number of chat requests. That's cool; I love the
attention, but it does cause a few issues.
This page is about my likes and dislikes
for chatting online; while this is my
view of the world, many of these apply to chatting more
generally, not just with me.
- if you're a guy, don't be upset if I don't remember you (I tend to remember other tgirls fairly well). After a while everyone just blends in together; differentiating yourself from the pack will help me remember. Be prepared to re-state your stats if I ask you to.
- remember that the more desperate you appear, the less interested I am

- be pleasant, polite, and literate
- don't ask me exactly which suburb I live in; I'm not going to tell you and I'm sick of being asked. I live in the inner/middle northwestern suburbs of Melbourne- that's specific enough
- don't be suprised if I'm quiet for long periods. If am an drawn into a particularly intense roleplay, I focus on that and ignore others. I know it's rude but it isn't personal.
- don't assume that because I describe myself as a tart, I necessarily want to have sex with you.
- in the unlikely event that I am on the prowl online, I am unlikely to want to talk to people from far away, so if you send me a private message from London don't be upset if I ignore you. In general I give priority to local people anyway; if you're from the US, Europe, etc, I may not be especially talkative.
- in real life, I am a top girl all the way, verging on dominant. Online, I am sometimes a submissive girl. Please don't think that because we've discussed specific things in chat, that I do things like that in real life
- if you open a private message with 'sup?' or 'asl?' I will assume you're either a bot or a rude bastard and react accordingly
- I am simply not going to respond to emails or private messages like: "hi there i am a 27yo bi m living in Melb would love to meet 4 a fuck so pvt me if interested"
- I don't give out face pics. This is simply not negotiable, no matter how nice you are.
- I don't do phone sex. It doesn't turn me on, and once you hear my (distinctly non-femme) voice it won't turn you on either.
- I don't have a web cam or a microphone, so I couldn't cam even if I wanted to (which I don't)
- you do need to take some responsibility for keeping the conversation going; I'm not just going to talk at you
- I am probably not dressed at the moment. If you're about to ask, 'why not?' it's because I'm not going to spend an hour or so dressing just to chat on a computer.
- please don't have a stupid ID or nickname; something like 'wannacmycok2004' might have seemed clever to you when you signed up, but it doesn't seem very clever or original to me. Additionally, 'wannacmycok2004' invites the obvious answer, 'No'.
- I'm really sick of listening to desperate but distant people tell me how they wish I lived closer to them. Simple geography (not some people's strong point, I know) reveals that I don't live any closer and whinging about it won't help; if you're really, really that interested in me, then you can show some committment and move to Melbourne... no, I thought not.
